Tottenham star Gareth Bale is said to be furious at the club as they reject Real Madrid's bid of £81m, reveals The Sun.
Spurs are determined to keep Bale at the club after rejecting Real Madrid's world-record transfer fee bid for the Wales star.
Marca assured that a 'mind-blowing bid' will be accepted. The Spanish newspaper revealed that the Welsh Wizard has an agreement with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy.
However, Bale is understood to be furious at the club's decision to
snub the Spanish giants' bid and block his move to the Bernabeu this
summer.
The 23-year-old is keen for a move to the 'club he wanted to play since he was a kid'.
Bale's agent revealed that the player is pushing for a move this
summer and has reportedly agreed personal terms with Real Madrid,
earning between €6m and €7m per year.
However, Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas has denied that the winger will
leave the club and has insisted that talks over a new contract deal is
'ongoing'.
Villas-Boas said: "Talks are ongoing but that doesn't mean there is an agreement."
Meanwhile, former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp said that he is convinced that Bale will stay at White Hart Lane this summer.
Redknapp said: "I think he's very happy at the club and although there's a lot of speculation I really don't see him leaving.
"I don't think his departure is imminent."
Manchester United are also believed to be chasing Bale, but Real Madrid remain in pole position to land the Premier League star.
"Real Madrid seems very confident but I can't see a club like Tottenham letting him go", added Redknapp.
