Rick Ross just released a new video named 'Free Enterprise' from his last studio Album 'Black Market'
Ross takes the opportunity to speak out on mass incarceration, depicting a black man being arrested by an undercover cop while walking with his son. We're left with the statistic: "1 in every 15 African American men are incarcerated in comparison to 1 in every 106 white men."
